Service and quiet atmosphere on board. View of the castles and other sights, as well as the explanation.
The voyage was picturesque and we loved the meals and drinks provided on board. We also liked that some infomation about the surroundings on the way is provided. Maybe it would better to specify the planned course of the trip, because we thought the central part of Dresden is also going to be covered, but on the day we saw there were works in that part of Elbe.
We went on the restored steamboat August der Starke, great atmosphere, nice service, great trip with interesting and interesting facts about sights and famous places. Great tour, 1.5 hours, perfect for children and not only suitable for tourists, but also for locals like us.
I never would have booked, had I known how far ship was from Altstadt, made worse by the construction. Also, it was boring, not much to see except open fields.
The service was very friendly. It was like a city tour on the water, very informative. The explanations about the ship were very interesting and you had an insight into the engine room, which made the narrative even clearer. Very nice!
Really good! But to reach the pier, there's a bridge under construction. So you need more time to walk around to reach it Pear 18..10 min more at least. Be aware of that. Fabulous!!!
Due to a traffic jam on arrival, we arrived too late for the departure of the ship and were able to use the next ship without any problems. The trip was very nice and interesting. Good hospitality on board and explanation of the tourist highlights.
Nice ride, friendly staff and a beautiful view.
Very nice staff and a very nice ship.
Very nice and friendly staff.
Well organized, nice staff. Unfortunately it is a long walk to jetty 14 due to roadworks.
Great experience with a vintage stream boat in prestine condition with beautiful and historic views. Fun for the whole family. Enjoyed by my 91 year old uncle all the way down to my 20 month niece. Enjoyed the drinks, food and dessert as well. Thank you.
It was just perfect. Great weather, mega ship, great people... Thank you
We sailed on two ships, the "Leipzig" and the "Dresden" and the ships are in top condition, clean and well maintained. The staff are really nice, the food and drinks are delicious and the price is very reasonable. The explanation of the castles was very informative but not overloaded. An all-round success and we would book it again at any time.
The steamer excursion was very nice.detailed description of all sights.the gastronomy is very good in the price-performance ratio.gladly again and again. I would like to emphasize the quick and uncomplicated rebooking of our tickets, as the booked trip could not take place due to low water.
The weather was great and the crew were friendly! I would have given an excellent for that. The deduction is for the booking system via the American app Headout. Before booking, it was not clear that I would only get the tickets if I downloaded an app... The meeting point was given and linked incorrectly and I don't like the fact that the communication here is only in English and then incorrect information is given... The tour to Pilnitz is recommended in good weather! On the foredeck, the loudspeaker announcements could only be understood well in English, the German speaker was much too quiet.
Beautiful views. Being on a paddlewheel boat. Friendly staff.
Service and duration were exactly appropriate
Service was very friendly and attentive
The pleasant atmosphere during the cruise
Everything was great. Also the food and the nice service.
we got out again due to overcrowding; peeking out of a "loo window" in the sunshine ... no thanks
The staff on board were super nice, the surroundings were just beautiful, the only thing we had to criticize was that the volume of the tour description could have been a little louder, as we could only understand half of it. And the announcements of stops were a little too loud and echoed through the ship
The staff on board were very friendly and the view was just great
The tour was fun and very informative. Unfortunately, it was the summer break, which is why maintenance work was taking place in the opera house (working platform in the orchestra pit etc.). But it wasn't a problem.
Service and quiet atmosphere on board. View of the castles and other sights, as well as the explanation.
The tour was very knowledgeable and entertaining from the lady. We would have liked a look behind the scenes
On the date I had booked, architect Dietrich Berger gave a guided tour of the Semper Opera House. As a group, we had the honor of being able to follow the explanations of a real contemporary witness - a special opportunity!!! Thank you very much!!! Barbara Haager from Enns/Upper Austria
Our young guide explained it clearly and well. I'm not including any photos because that would have cost extra. It's not necessary, it's just a hassle.
Our guide was able to tell us so much about the house. He had a wealth of knowledge and a great way of communicating it.
The tour with the older gentlemen was very professional and fun at the same time, would do it again at any time.
We had a really great guided tour of the Semperoper. The young Ms. Arnold guided us through "her" opera with passion and passion, very open and competent. A fascinating house! Thank you, we will be back to enjoy the great acoustics described...

The lady who guided us was very authentic and impressively euphoric in a very pleasant way. She managed to make us remember something and the 45 minutes were very entertaining. Thank you....
The tour was very good and informative. It was also easy to ask questions. It's a shame that it's not possible to see the stage or take a look backstage.

The detailed information provided by the tour guide - entertaining, highly interesting and always with a wink at the right choice of words. Thank you very much, Ms. Rog.
The guide did a great job. Unfortunately the photo license was said too late, so there are no pictures. You should have been made aware of this when booking (online).

A guided tour by a very well-presented presenter with lots of good information about the history of the house from its origins to the present day. Impressive information about the renovation in the present day.
The tour was very informative and entertaining. The lady who led the tour was very friendly and approachable. She answered all the questions and even went over the 45 minutes. Like everything else in Dresden, I found the Semper Opera House impressive.

We learned a lot about the building and the artistic aspects. The production of some of the materials was also interesting.

Our guide was amazing, he was so passionate about it and told us everything very well. I can only recommend it.
Super nice guide in the castle . Good explanation of the building materials and very interesting background knowledge . Many thanks 😊
Mr. Berger is a gifted tour guide! He guided us through the opera with so much passion. Excitingly told and shown. It was a great pleasure for us. Thank you very much!
Nice ride, friendly staff and a beautiful view.

Was on the road with sound knowledge

The panorama was wonderful, only the stress at the checkout I had not received a confirmation e-mail.otherwise everything okay.

I also had to take my ticket to the ticket office to present it there. As the ticket did not have a QR code, it was difficult to verify the ticket. No time saving when buying online compared to buying tickets at the ticket office.
Nice ride, friendly staff and a beautiful view.
Very nice staff and a very nice ship.
Very nice and friendly staff.
It was the special impression conveyed in the Panometer.
